Current Student Testimonial

Transcribed with permission from online tutoring session, student’s comments:
Two last things, but they don’t have to do with problems. Just wanted to talk about things in general.

One: I’m really glad that you started tutoring me. lt’s made me start to like math like a lot more. I used to like it a lot more, but when I started struggling a lot it didn’t become as much fun for me. It just became a lot of stress. You make it really interesting and I enjoy it.

But even though you don’t have anything to do with my English work or my science work all these other classes where I feel like you’ve increased my mindset and my work effort.

My mom asked you if I should be in honors next year. She said you didn’t hesitate, said yes right away. I’ve always kinda felt like the only person who really believed in me for school was my mom. It feels good when other people believe in me.

When we did our first session I was expecting to be super bored, honestly. Like honestly expected to be bored for like an hour and a half. I enjoyed it a lot. I remember you saying you know I think we have like 10 or 15 minutes left and I was like “What?” I thought it had been 5 minutes.”

Mission accomplished!!

Edited to remove excess “likes” 😉

No time like the present

Spring is in full swing and so are sports, musicals, projects and…

SAT and ACT exam prep.

The next ACT is coming up shortly, but we can do a one- or two-session review if you schedule ASAP.

6 sessions are ideal for the best results. The chart shows the latest week to start sessions before each exam date. May want to start a week or two earlier to allow for a missed session due to crazy week or illness (spring fever included).

Individualized sessions offered in person and online.

Spring is here! or not…

Spring keeps coming and going here in Pennsylvania!

Weather…I mean whether or not you’re in Pennsylvania, this can be a very hectic time. School sports, spring break, income taxes, home projects, work insanity, life insanity! There is a Time Management course being created online right now. In the meantime, if you have any math needs, check the schedule and book when it is convenient for you. And now you can use PayPal on this site to pre-pay a session under the Payments tab. If you prefer, contact us and an invoice can be emailed to you with a link to pay securely as well.
